The great thing about the holidays is how it brings families together and the opportunity it presents to get some portraits together. It was great to work with Danielle and Emily again. They have amazing daughters, and a beautiful setting for photographs. It was a brisk day-after-Thanksgiving session which was planned for just the right time of day. The session was scheduled for the time of day when the sun would be setting, which allowed for some really great light. I love the way the setting sun adds a little shimmer to everything and also puts that nice rim light on the back of everyone. It really helps them pop out of the background. This was definitely a fun session and although Emma, the youngest of the girls, has more energy than anyone should be allowed to have and used it for quite a few photo bombs, she did allow me to get a few of her sitting still and smiling! A huge thanks to everyone for a great afternoon and have a great holiday!!!
