The week leading up to the Millers portrait session had been cold. Really cold. Every morning was 29 degrees and I was wondering how their Sunday morning session would go. When we arrived at the NCR trail in Monkton, the sun was up and the temperature had decided to cooperate with us. It was in the mid 60s and absolutely gorgeous. Amy and Andy are the proud parents of little Alex and he was not afraid to ham it up for the camera. I had a blast chasing him around the Monkton Rail Station and watching his childish curiosity. Whenever I photograph children, it’s a reminder to slow down and appreciate the little things that are happening all around me. It was a beautiful morning in Baltimore County, a great day for family portraits, and I can’t thank them enough for trusting me to capture their family. Here are some of my favorites from their session.
